Description
Directions:
Inject once weekly under the skin of the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm.Do not inject into a vein or muscle.
Can be injected with or without food.
If you miss a dose, inject it as soon as possible. If it is close to your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule.
Dulaglutide Dosage:0.75 mg once weekly
Mechanism of action:Dulaglutide Is A Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 (Glp-1) Receptor Agonist. It Works By Helping The Body Produce More Insulin And Reducing The Amount Of Sugar The Liver Makes.Additional information:Trulicity Can Cause Side Effects, Such As Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, And Constipation.
These Side Effects Are Usually Mild And Go Away On Their Own.Trulicity Can Also Lower Blood Sugar Too Much (Hypoglycemia), Especially When Used With Other Diabetes Medications. Be Aware Of The Symptoms Of Hypoglycemia, Such As Dizziness, Sweating, And Hunger, And Have A Source Of Glucose On Hand To Treat It.
Trulicity Should Not Be Used In People With Type 1 Diabetes Or Diabetic Ketoacidosis.
