It is a combination of Carisoprodol 350 and Tapentadol 100 Mg.

Carisoprodol (Pain O Soma) is a muscle relaxant, relieves pain in the nervous system and the head.
Carisoprodol should be used for short periods of time, there is no evidence of improvement with prolonged use.
Since injuries to bone muscle tissue, they generally do not last long.

Tapentadol is used to treat moderate to severe pain for both acute musculoskeletal pain
(after injury, surgery, etc.) as for chronic pain.
It is also specifically indicated to control pain,
of diabetic neuropathy when 24-hour opioid medication is required.
The potency of tapentadol is between that of tramadol and morphine,
with analgesic efficacy comparable to that of oxycodone despite a lower incidence of side effects.
Generally considered a weak-moderate potency opioid
(a category shared by many better known opioids such as hydrocodone and pethidine).
