Description

Zopiclone, also known under the name Zop, is a nonbenzodiazepine used to treat difficulty sleeping. Zopiclone is molecularly distinct from benzodiazepine drugs and is classed as a cyclopyrrolone.

Zopiclone increases the normal transmission of the neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the central nervous system, via modulating benzodiazepine receptors in the same way that benzodiazepine drugs do.

How to use

Ordinary Zopiclone: take with half a glass of water. Do not chew or crush the granules contained therein, as this will inadvertently release all the active ingredients at the same time. The granules are made in such a way that they dissolve slowly so that they have fewer side effects and last longer.
